Problem Solved

10 things I learned in 2009

  1. Moving somewhere where you don’t know a living soul, can be the best way to get to know your own.
  2. Forgiveness doesn’t have to take a lifetime, but you’re going to need a constant reminder. I recommend writing on mirrors, walls, or a lovely new tattoo.
  3. Persistence really does pay off… I think.
  4. It’s never too late to start over, but it can be too early.
  5. Some people will just never understand you. And that’s okay.
  6. You don’t have to replace your best friend.
  7. Setting unrealistic goals, means you’re setting yourself up for failure. See goals from 2009. (#4 on list was a total failure. What was I thinking?) Overall, I’m 4 for 8 on that list.
  8. Stairs hurt. Watch your step.
  9. You absolutely can. Or cannot. Your choice.
  10. Trust the process.
