Problem Solved

Levels of R-E-S-P-E-C-T

Respect should be mutual; in the work place and within personal relationships. The more levels of mutual respect there are, the higher chance for success. You can influence change and fight the good fight, to a certain point. Once respect is lost, it’s hard to go back. How many levels of respect do you have? How many levels are you willing to sacrifice before throwing in the towel?

  1. Respect as a human being.
  2. Respect for elders.
  3. Respecting someone’s work.
  4. Respecting someone’s opinion.
  5. Respect for someone’s status.
  6. Respecting someone’s position.
