		<description>Uh, you SHOULD interview companies that you may want to work for. It&#039;s called your interview. You&#039;re interviewing them as much as they&#039;re interviewing you - often moreso.  Like any other relationship, it has to be a good fit for both parties.

I recently &quot;broke up with&quot; my former (and your current) employer, and I&#039;m happier where I am now, but it&#039;s something you have to figure out as you go.</description>

The only problem is finding the ideal employer that fits everything I would love in a company.  Hasn&#039;t happened yet, but we&#039;ll see!</description>
