Design for K-12 Education
While working at Pearson, Inc. I had the opportunity to work in a small, talented group of folks to design the next generation of Pearson Education products for K-12. The shift toward digital curriculum was inevitable, I just happened to be in the right place at the right time for a revolution. (and had a good leader) It started with a technology presentation to shareholders which led to work on enVision Math that led to a platform redesign of Pearson SuccessNet to support all K-12 products and then design for Miller & Levine Biology, Prentice Hall Literature, Social Studies and many others there after. (Product release dates of 2009, 2010 and 2011)
Here are a few images from my favorite designs I created that you can’t see anywhere else.
Miller & Levine Biology 2010 Active Art Template

Science Explorer Early Prototype, Not Used

Writing & Grammar Activity Prototype, Status Unknown

Prentice Hall Literature 2010 Journal Template for Selections

Congratulations to everyone who struggles through to bring these products to market. Hard work pays off. Passionate people make it so. All those that have been released to date are award winning.
