Problem Solved

Firefox, Gmail Bug

I have been having some issues lately with gmail at work and at home when using Firefox 3.0.4.
__

I would log in, only to have it act like I had not logged in. I couldn’t get past the log in screen.  I tried to reset my password twice and still encountered the same issue. When I proceeded through help and to other areas in google, it acted like I was logged in, and would allow me to log out. I was never able to get to my gmail. Everything worked fine in Safari, it is not a password issue.

I documented the issue in this video using a free demo of Screen Flow. It is a bit small since I can’t zoom in with the demo version of Screen Flow. (watch the top right part of the screen for log in status)

Is this a known problem? Anyone else experiencing this? I’m thinking of switching browsers more permanently. Firefox please fix me.
